Short answer: Coconut fiber (coco coir) dog toys from WINVN INT are knotted rope chews of 20, 23 and 30 cm and balls of 4 to 10 cm, twisted from coconut husk fibre without glue. Coconut fiber is soft and frays when chewed, so it is a light-chewing toy, not one for strong chewers. The minimum order is 50 pieces per product, sizes mixed; branding goes on a printed tag or the packaging. We offer 3 free samples per customer. Sold honestly: a light-chewing toy

Coir is the fibre from the coconut husk. We shred the husk into fibre and twist it into rope by machine, without glue. Our stock coir toys are knotted rope chews and balls.

Coir is softer than hemp and it frays as a dog chews. That is fine for occasional play and for lighter chewers, and it is the wrong toy for a power chewer. We would rather tell you now than have your customers find out in a review.

  • Good for: occasional play, lighter chewers, natural and plastic-free ranges, and sets made of separate natural items.
  • Not for: strong chewers or a “durable” listing. For that, use hemp rope or coffee wood.
  • Branding: printed tag or packaging. Coco coir is not laser engraved.

What coco coir pet toys do you make?
Two stock shapes: knotted coir rope chews in three lengths (S 20 cm, M 23 cm, L 30 cm) and coir balls in three diameters (S 4 to 6 cm, M 6 to 8 cm, L 8 to 10 cm). Other shapes can be discussed with our sales team.
How durable is coco coir?
Coco coir is softer than hemp rope and frays as a dog chews. We position it as an occasional, light-chewing toy, not a toy for strong chewers. If you need a tougher rope toy, look at our hemp rope line.
Is glue used in the rope?
No. The coir fibre is twisted into rope without glue.
What is the minimum order?
50 pcs per product for coffee wood, loofah, coco coir and hemp; 100 pcs per product for other items. Sizes can be mixed.
Can you pack coco coir toys for Amazon under our brand?
We can pack and carton them to the specification you give us, print and apply the barcodes and labels you send as files, prepare the export documents and ship to the Amazon warehouse address you give us. For your own brand we can also use kraft or ivory-board packaging and build sets; this custom work is charged separately and the minimum stays 50 pieces per product. Coco coir is not laser engraved; branding goes on a printed tag or the packaging. Whether Amazon accepts a shipment is Amazon's decision.
Do you have an SGS test report for coco coir?
No. Our SGS heavy-metals test result covers coffee wood only. We do not have one for coco coir. For each shipment we prepare the Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading, plus a Phytosanitary certificate, Fumigation certificate or Certificate of Origin when your market requires one. A Certificate of Origin depends on product eligibility, so tell us early if you need one.
