Natural pet toys for Amazon sellers: a Vietnam manufacturer for private label
WINVN INT CO., LTD is an OEM/ODM manufacturer in Vietnam that makes pet toys and chews from coffee wood, loofah, coco coir and hemp for Amazon sellers. The minimum order is 50 pieces per product for these four lines.
We have exported since 2019, to more than 40 countries. Amazon sellers usually come to us for a natural-material product under their own brand, without having to do the labelling, packing and paperwork themselves. This page sets out what we take on for you, and what we do not promise.
1. What we do for Amazon sellers
For Amazon orders we do four things:
- Packing to your specification. We pack and carton the goods the way you specify; for Amazon shipments, to the Amazon format you send us.
- Barcodes and labels from your files. You create the barcodes and send us the files. We print them and apply them. There is no shared barcode list.
- Export documents. Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading, plus a Phytosanitary certificate, Fumigation certificate or Certificate of Origin when your market requires one. A Certificate of Origin depends on product eligibility, so tell us early if you need one.
- Delivery to the Amazon warehouse. We ship the goods directly to the Amazon warehouse address you give us.
For test reports: we hold an SGS heavy-metals test result for coffee wood only, not for loofah, coco coir or hemp. What we have, and what we do not, is listed on our certifications and test reports page.
2. Natural materials you can put your brand on
- Coffee wood chews: Robusta coffee trunks from trees 20 years and older, in sizes XS to XXL. Sizes are natural and vary slightly piece to piece.
- Loofah toys: natural loofah, 11.5 to 15 cm long, in shapes such as mouse, bear, fish, cat, bone and duck.
- Hemp toys: natural hemp rope tied with 2 to 3 knots, and hemp balls in sizes S to L, 4 to 9 cm across and 40 to 140 g, with or without a rope.
- Coco coir: natural coconut husk fibre, made into balls and knots.
3. Your brand on the product
We can laser-engrave your logo on coffee wood chews, pack in kraft or ivory-board packaging, build sets, and print and apply labels and tags from the files you send. Our standard tag is 5 × 9 cm; the actual size depends on the order. This custom work is charged separately, and the minimum order stays the same as for plain goods.

4. Minimum order and samples
- 50 pieces per product for coffee wood, coco coir, hemp and loofah; 100 pieces per product for other lines.
- Counted per product, not per size. If one product comes in several sizes, all its sizes together count toward the 50 pieces.
- Private label orders use the same minimum.
3 free samples per customer. You cover the shipping cost, which can be credited against your first qualifying production order. Our sales team confirms the details.
The three free samples are any three products you choose. Samples beyond the first three are charged, and so are fully custom samples. More detail is on our small first orders page.
5. Production time
These times are for plain coffee wood chews, without your branding. They do not include sampling or shipping. Our sales team confirms the time for each order.
- 50 to 200 pieces: 8 to 10 days
- 200 to 1,000 pieces: 10 to 15 days
- 1,000 to 5,000 pieces: 25 to 27 days
- One 20 ft container: 30 to 45 days
For orders with your own label, we do not quote a time in advance. Send us your design files, and our sales team will confirm the timeline for your order.
6. What we do not promise
Whether Amazon accepts a shipment into its warehouse is Amazon’s decision, not ours. We can tell you exactly what we do on your order: the packing, the labels from your files, the documents and the delivery to the address you give us. We do not promise how the marketplace will handle the goods once they arrive.
