Small first orders: MOQ 50 per product and 3 samples
Yes, you can start small. The minimum order is 50 pieces per product for coffee wood, coco coir, hemp and loofah, and 100 pieces per product for our other lines.
WINVN INT CO., LTD is a manufacturer of pet toys and chews made from natural materials in Vietnam. Many buyers come to us with a first order that is a test: a new listing, a new shop, or a new line next to products they already sell. This page sets out what a small first order looks like with us.
1. How the minimum is counted
- 50 pieces per product for coffee wood chews, coco coir, hemp toys and loofah toys.
- 100 pieces per product for other lines.
- Counted per product, not per size. If one product comes in several sizes, all its sizes together count toward the 50 pieces.
- Orders with your logo or private label use the same minimum as standard orders.
So a first order can be 50 coffee wood chews spread across the sizes you want to test, rather than 50 of each size. All lines are on our products page.
2. Samples before you order
3 free samples per customer. You cover the shipping cost, which can be credited against your first qualifying production order. Our sales team confirms the details.
The three free samples count across your whole sample request. Samples beyond the first three are charged. We do not publish a shipping cost for samples, because it depends on the courier and the destination at the time you ask.
3. Production time for plain coffee wood chews
These times are for plain coffee wood chews, without your branding. They do not include sampling or shipping. Our sales team confirms the time for each order.
- 50 to 200 pieces: 8 to 10 days
- 200 to 1,000 pieces: 10 to 15 days
- 1,000 to 5,000 pieces: 25 to 27 days
- One 20 ft container: 30 to 45 days
Coffee wood sizes are natural and vary slightly piece to piece. Our coffee wood chew size guide matches each size to a dog weight band, which helps you choose the sizes for a first order.
4. Your own logo or label
We can laser-engrave your logo on coffee wood chews, pack in kraft or ivory-board packaging, build sets, and print and apply labels from the files you send. This custom work is charged separately, and the minimum stays the same.
We do not quote a production time for branded orders until we have seen your design. Send us your logo file and your expected quantity, and our sales team will discuss the details with you. More on custom work is on our OEM and ODM page.
5. From first message to delivery
What happens, in order, when you buy from us for the first time.
- Send your request. The products and sizes, the quantity per product, and your destination country and port. Use the contact form, email [email protected], or WhatsApp.
- Test samples. 3 free samples per customer. You cover the shipping cost, which can be credited against your first qualifying production order. Our sales team confirms the details. Request samples.
- Get a quotation. Our sales team quotes each request on EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP terms. Payment terms on request.
- Confirm the order. Sizes, quantities, packing and any labels or branding are agreed with our sales team before production starts.
- Production. Plain coffee wood chews take 8 to 10 days for 50 to 200 pieces (table above). Our sales team confirms the time for each order. For branded orders, our sales team confirms the timeline after seeing your design.
- Documents and shipping. Every shipment has a Commercial Invoice and Packing List, with a Bill of Lading for sea freight or an Air Waybill for air freight, plus phytosanitary, fumigation or Certificate of Origin when your market requires them. A Certificate of Origin depends on product eligibility, so tell us early if you need one. Sea shipments load at Cat Lai port, Ho Chi Minh City. Amazon sellers can have the goods shipped to the Amazon warehouse address they give us.
6. What we do not publish
We do not publish prices or freight costs. Prices are updated every year and our sales team quotes each request. To get a quotation, send the product and sizes, the quantity per product, and your destination country and port. How our quotations work explains what the price depends on.
