Name the lines and sizes you want to test, and your full delivery address. The first three pieces are free.

2. You pay the courier

The courier cost is yours. It can be credited against your first qualifying production order. Samples beyond the first three, and fully custom samples, are charged.

3. Test them properly

Give them to the animals you actually sell to. A chew that works in a photo and fails in a living room is no use to either of us.

How many samples will WINVN INT send, and what do they cost?

Can I ask for samples from more than one product line?
Yes. Name the lines and the sizes on the form. Coffee wood chews, loofah toys, coco coir and hemp rope toys can all be sampled, and the form has an option for more than one line.
What is the best way to test the samples?
Give them to the animals you actually sell to. A chew that works in a photograph and fails in a living room is no use to either of us.
What do samples beyond the first three cost?
From the 4th sample onward, each piece is charged at our unit price for 50-piece orders. Extra samples are sold outright: their cost is not credited against later orders. Only the shipping cost can be credited against your first qualifying production order. Fully custom samples are charged as well. Our sales team confirms the details.
I want 10 to 20 pieces to test. What are my options?
Two ways. Take the 3 free samples and pay for the rest at the 50-piece unit price, or place a small first order: 50 pcs per product for coffee wood, loofah, coco coir and hemp; 100 pcs per product for other items. Sizes can be mixed. See small first orders.
How much is the courier cost for samples?
It depends on the items, the weight and the destination, so we confirm it with you for each shipment before anything is sent. Send us the items you want and your full delivery address, and we will come back with the cost.
How do you check my order against the samples?
The sample you approve is the reference for the quality checks on your order, whether you approved it in hand or, where agreed, from photos or video. Our products are made from natural materials, so pieces vary slightly; the tolerances for your order are agreed with our sales team.
