Coffee wood dog chew sizes by dog weight: a wholesale buyer’s guide
Match the chew to the dog’s weight: XS for dogs up to 3 kg, S for 3–5 kg, M for 5–8 kg, L for 8–12 kg, XL for 12–20 kg and XXL for dogs of 20 kg and over.

This guide covers the chart itself, how to split a first order across sizes, and the points where buyers most often get sizing wrong.
Basic line: size chart by dog weight
Each Basic size is defined by length, diameter and weight per piece, and matched to a dog weight band. Sizes are natural and vary slightly piece to piece.

At the top of the chart the lengths sit close together, while diameter and weight per piece keep climbing. When a customer says an XL “looks the same” as an L, diameter and weight are the clearer way to tell the two apart.
Gorilla line
Gorilla is a separate line in our coffee wood range. It comes in sizes S to XL, 8–16 cm long, and weighs from 155 g to 1.1 kg per piece. Sizes are natural and vary slightly piece to piece.
Our weight chart above applies to the Basic line. Gorilla sizes are not matched to a dog weight band, so ask our sales team for the per-size detail of the Gorilla pieces you are considering, and test them on samples before you set a listing.
How to build a size mix for a wholesale or Amazon order
The minimum order for coffee wood is 50 pcs per product, counted per product and not per size. One product in several sizes is accepted as long as the total for that product reaches 50.
- Split one product across sizes. You can spread 50 pcs of one product across S, M, L and XL, for example, instead of committing to 50 of a single size you have not sold before.
- Start from samples. 3 free samples per customer. You cover the shipping cost, which can be credited against your first qualifying production order. Our sales team confirms the details. Use them on the three sizes you are least sure of, and check each one against your listing before you fix the mix.
- Branded orders use the same minimum. Laser-engraved logos, kraft or ivory packaging and set packing all start at 50 pcs per product. Engraving, printing and set packing are charged separately. See OEM and ODM at WINVN INT.
- Plan production time. For plain, unbranded goods: 50–200 pcs takes 8–10 days, 200–1,000 pcs takes 10–15 days, 1,000–5,000 pcs takes 25–27 days, and one 20 ft container takes 30–45 days. These figures exclude sampling and shipping, and our sales team confirms for each order. For branded orders, send your design files first and we will confirm the timing for that order.
Three sizing mistakes to avoid
Assuming your size names match ours. Buyers name sizes in their own systems, and a listing’s “Medium” may be our L or our S. Before production, send us the length, diameter or weight behind each of your size names, and our sales team will confirm which of our sizes corresponds.
Asking for a size beyond the chart. We do not make sizes longer than our size chart, including when a buyer offers a higher price.
Treating the chart as exact. Coffee wood is a natural material, so each stick differs slightly in length, diameter and weight. Describe sizes in your listing as ranges, the way the chart does, rather than as single figures.
