Rope dog toys
Rope dog toys, wholesale and OEM: hemp rope and coconut fiber rope from Vietnam
WINVN INT CO., LTD is an OEM/ODM manufacturer in Vietnam that makes natural rope dog toys for wholesalers, Amazon sellers and private label brands: hemp rope balls, knotted rope toys and a tug toy, plus coconut fiber (coco coir) rope chews and balls. The minimum order is 50 pieces per product, sizes mixed, and we offer 3 free samples per customer (see samples).
Short answer: we make rope dog toys in two natural fibres. Hemp rope is the stiffer one, for everyday play and tug. Coconut fiber is soft and frays as a dog chews, so it is an occasional, light-chewing toy, not one for strong chewers. Both lines have a minimum order of 50 pieces per product, sizes mixed, and both carry your brand on a printed tag or the packaging.
The two rope types we make
| Hemp rope | Coconut fiber rope | |
|---|---|---|
| Material | Natural hemp rope, knotted into balls and rope toys | Coconut husk fibre twisted into rope by machine, no glue |
| When chewed | Much stiffer, holds its shape | Soft, frays as the dog chews |
| Best for | Everyday play and tug | Occasional, light chewing; natural and plastic-free ranges |
| Not for | – | Strong chewers or a “durable” listing |
| Stock items | Balls with or without rope, knotted rope toys, tug toy | Knotted rope chews, balls |
Any rope toy wears down with use, and we make no durability claim for hemp or coconut fiber. If you are choosing between the two, read hemp vs coconut fiber dog toys.

Wholesale minimum order and bulk mixed containers
Each hemp or coconut fiber product starts at 50 pieces. Because we count per product rather than per size, you can split those 50 pieces across sizes, for example hemp balls in S, M and L, and add a second product such as coir rope chews in three lengths. Rope toys can also go in the same container as our coffee wood and loofah lines. The full path from first message to delivery is on small first orders.
Custom and private label rope toys (OEM)
- Your brand goes on a printed tag or the packaging, from the files you send. Hemp and coconut fiber are not laser engraved.
- Hang tags and header cards to your own artwork.
- Hemp rope through a drilled coffee wood stick, or tied to a loofah shape, assembled, tagged and packed as one SKU.
- For Amazon, we pack and carton to the specification you give us and print and apply the barcodes and labels you send as files. Whether Amazon accepts a shipment is Amazon’s decision.

Export documents
For each shipment we prepare the Commercial Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading, plus a Phytosanitary certificate, Fumigation certificate or Certificate of Origin when your market requires one. A Certificate of Origin depends on product eligibility, so tell us early if you need one. We do not have a lab test report for hemp or coconut fiber; our SGS heavy-elements result covers coffee wood only.
