Wood-frame hammocks
Flat-packs for freight; the buyer or the end customer assembles it.
Pet beds
Beds, hammocks and mats built for ocean freight
Wood frames with hemp webbing, plus coir and hemp mats. Flat-packed wherever the design allows, because on this line freight cost decides whether the product works.
What we build
Beds, hammocks and mats built from wood frames, hemp webbing and coco coir. Assembled in Vietnam and packed flat where the design allows it, because flat-pack is what makes a bed worth shipping across an ocean.
Two-tier beds
Stacked frames for households with more than one cat. Flat-packed.
Mats and pads
Coco coir and hemp mats, cut to your dimensions, stacked and strapped for bulk shipping.
Freight is the whole calculation on this line
A pet bed is mostly air. If it ships assembled you are paying ocean freight for empty space, and the landed cost stops working. Two things fix that:
- Flat-pack design — frame parts packed flat, assembled at the far end.
- Mixed containers — beds share a container with other lines, so you are not shipping a container of beds alone.

Frames are easy to draw and hard to judge. This is a photograph.
Questions buyers ask about this line
Do beds ship assembled or flat?
Flat wherever the design allows. Assembled beds are mostly air and the freight cost rarely works.
Can you build to our own design?
Yes. Send a drawing or a sample. We will quote the tooling, the minimum and the carton dimensions together.
What is the minimum order?
Pet beds: 100 pcs per product. Across our range: 50 pcs per product for coffee wood, loofah, coco coir and hemp toys; 100 pcs per product for other items. Sizes can be mixed.
