Mix the container, not the suppliers

Loofah and pet beds are bulky and fill a container quickly by volume. Mixing several lines in one container lets you fill it with what you actually need, instead of waiting until you can fill a whole container with one line.

Because all five lines come from one company, the mix ships as one consignment under one set of export documents, so your broker clears one shipment instead of several. If you need a Certificate of Origin, tell us early: eligibility is checked product by product.

What is your minimum for a first order?
50 pcs per product for coffee wood, loofah, coco coir and hemp; 100 pcs per product for other items. Sizes can be mixed.
Can I mix product lines in one container?
Yes. Tell us the lines and quantities, and our sales team plans the load with you.
Which Incoterms do you work on?
EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP.
What are your payment terms?

What is your production capacity?
Capacity is 100,000 pieces a month across all products.
How long does an order take?
Coffee wood, plain stock: 50–200 pcs 8–10 days, 200–1,000 pcs 10–15 days, 1,000–5,000 pcs 25–27 days, one 20 ft container 30–45 days, excluding sampling and transit; our sales team confirms per order. For branded orders, send us your files and our sales team will confirm the timeline for your order.
How do you keep quality consistent from one shipment to the next?
The sample you approved is the reference for checking your order. For coffee wood, a 5-step QC process is the baseline, adjusted when an order has its own requirements; moisture is measured at the factory below 14 %, and the chews are vacuum-sealed for the sea leg. For coffee wood, what we commit to is no mold and no wood-boring insects. Our products are made from natural materials, so pieces vary slightly; the tolerances for your order are agreed with our sales team.
Which certifications and test reports do you have?
We hold one laboratory result, an SGS heavy-element test for our coffee wood chews; it covers coffee wood only. We do not hold FSC, BSCI, ISO or REACH certification. Details, and the export documents we prepare for each shipment, are on certifications and test reports.
