Certifications and test reports: what we have and what we don't
We hold one laboratory result, an SGS heavy-element test for our coffee wood chews, and we can prepare a full set of export documents for each shipment. We do not hold FSC, BSCI, ISO or REACH certification.
WINVN INT CO., LTD is a manufacturer of pet toys and chews made from natural materials in Vietnam, founded in 2019 and exporting to more than 40 countries. Certification is one of the first questions buyers ask us, and a vague answer helps nobody, so this page puts the full answer in one place.
What we have
1. SGS heavy-element result for coffee wood
Since September 2026 we hold an SGS test result on heavy elements for our coffee wood chews.
- Standard: ASTM F963-23, clause 4.3.5.
- Eight elements tested: lead, antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium, mercury and selenium.
- Result: all eight not detected (ND).
- The laboratory is VILAS-accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. That accreditation belongs to the laboratory, not to WINVN INT.
Read the limits as carefully as the result. It covers coffee wood only. It does not cover our loofah toys, coco coir or hemp lines. And it is a result on the sample tested, not a certificate for a factory or a whole product range. The full coffee wood chew range is on its own page.
What we have
2. Export documents for each shipment
For each shipment we can prepare the export paperwork:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L) for sea freight, or Air Waybill for air freight
- Certificate of Origin (C/O)
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Fumigation Certificate
Phytosanitary, fumigation and C/O are prepared when your market requires them. A C/O depends on product eligibility, so tell us early if you need one.
On these documents our coffee wood chews are described as “Wooden Pet Toy”. If your customs broker or marketplace expects a different description, raise it before the order is packed, not after.
What we don't have
3. Certifications we do not hold
We do not hold FSC, BSCI, ISO or REACH certification. We will not print those marks on products or packaging, and we will not imply them in a product description.
We also do not make an EUDR claim. If EUDR matters for your order, raise it with our sales team before sampling, so you can decide early whether our products fit your channel.
We would rather you hear “no” on the first day than discover it at your customs broker. If your retailer or market requires one of these certifications, tell us at the start.
4. If your market needs its own test
Some buyers need a test that we do not hold, for a specific product or a specific market. Tell our sales team which test and which product before you order. They will tell you whether it can be done for your order.

5. Importing into your country: who does what
Buyers often ask whether we can provide “all the certificates for import”. Here is the honest split.
- We do: prepare the export documents listed above, pack and carton to your specification, and print and apply the barcodes and labels you send as files.
- Your side (you or your customs broker): import customs clearance, import duties and taxes in your country, and in the EU an EORI number for the importer. On the terms we work on (EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP), import duties are paid by the buyer.
- Product rules in your market: labelling language, safety marks and marketplace requirements for your sales channel are set by you, as the seller in your market. Tell us what your label must say and we print and apply it.
If you are not sure which documents your market needs, tell our sales team the destination country and your sales channel before you order.
6. What we do not claim
Claims we do not make, and why. Each line is our current position.
